Two giant, fully drivable BuzzBallz cans built on the chassis of modified golf carts. Initiate produced custom GRP clamshell bodies to achieve the iconic can shape, bonded to the carts for durability and seamless integration. Bespoke blown Perspex windscreens were designed and fitted, with custom mixed paint to match the brand's signature colours.

Achieving the smooth, rounded GRP clamshell form over a functional golf cart chassis - while keeping the vehicle drivable and visually faithful to the BuzzBallz can at scale - required close coordination between the structural engineering and scenic finishing teams.
